There could be any number of reasons why your card is being declined. Here are the most common reasons:
You have insufficient available funds in your account to pay for the transaction.
Check your available balance in the Masked Card section on the website or app.
You requested a “freeze” on your card and haven’t unfrozen it.
You’re making an online transaction and the card, expiration date, or CVV information you’re entering is incorrect.
You're entering the incorrect billing address.
You’re making a transaction with an unauthorized/prohibited merchant.
